BE A SOLUTIONS PROVIDER

You are a solutions provider in your home and your experiences create enthusiasm to share with others. You help empower them to become solutions providers in their own homes. All you need is a (resource) book and a box (of oils)…and that comes in your enrollment kit! A book and a box!

IN THIS VIDEO:

  • Launch Guide Page 5

  • “With a book and a box you can address at least 80% of your health priorities at home.” // Laura Jacobs

  • Essential Launch Skills/PIPES Activities that you will MASTER in the Launch Guide:

    • INVITE // Connect with people, sharing possibilities

    • TEACH // Teach people about the possibility of being the solutions provider in their home

    • FOLLOW-UP // The fortune is in the follow-up!

    • LAUNCH & SUPPORT // Reach out and find your builders to partner with…you’ll then teach to do everything you’re learning here in the Launch Guide

SUCCESS IS SCHEDULED

When you are self-employed, scheduling is essential. Not only do you need to schedule time to complete your PIPES activities in the Launch Guide, you also need to schedule out classes and one-on-one meetings.

IN THIS VIDEO:

  • Launch Guide Page 6

  • How many hours a day/week are you going to work?

  • 80-90% of your time should be spent doing activities that produce results—which means talking to people

  • Schedule 3 classes or 15 one-on-one meetings for the next month

  • Invite 45 people to your class

  • Use the calendaring system that works for you

SUCCESS TRACKER

Tracking your contacts helps you keep their unique situations organized and enables you to serve them better.

IN THIS VIDEO:

  • Launch Guide page 7

  • Take a look at the top of the columns on the right side of the tracker. These are the expectations for the next month. It takes work and it takes time!

  • Download additional Success Tracker pages if needed.

  • Not a paper person? Some people like to have access to their tracker at all times on their mobile devices. Use your preferred spreadsheet program and re-create this simple tracker in a format that works for you. (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

2 // INVITE—FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE, KNOW WHAT TO SAY

Inviting is the first step to changing lives. These videos will teach you how to make your invitations simple and authentic, which ultimately makes them more effective and fruitful.

HOW TO CONNECT, SHARE, AND INVITE

This is a relationship business. Caring is the most important gift you give everyone you connect with. Seek to change lives by sharing what you love, no matter where you are or who you are with.

IN THIS VIDEO:

  • Launch Guide pages 8-9

  • You don’t need to be an expert to successfully invite people to become their own solutions provider. Discover what’s most important to each person by taking a genuine interest in who they are, what they are experiencing, and how you can serve them.

  • CONNECT with people sincerely and authentically.

    • Use their name.

    • Ask questions and listen to their unique interests and needs.

  • CONNECT people to your solutions.

    • Consider asking some questions that can easily steer towards essential oils. The Launch Guide has several scripted examples.

  • CONNECT to a presentation.

    • Help people say “YES!” to your invitation to a presentation by making it clear what you are inviting them to. Help them understand how it’s a great use of their time.

    • Look at the scripts on page 9 for examples on how to give your contact choices.

THREE EFFECTIVE WAYS TO INVITE

This video is actually taken from Share Guide! But the tips are so perfect for the I in “PIPES.”

IN THIS VIDEO:

  • Share Guide page 3

  • Keys When Inviting

    • Be personable.

    • Listen to their pain point and identify their need.

    • Connect with them on their terms. This requires you to stop and listen.

  • Step#1 // Share an experience.

    • Relate your experience back to them so that they want to have that sample.

    • Ask, “Is it okay if I share a sample with you? In 48 hours, I will follow up with you and make sure you are using them safely and properly and that you love them as much as I do.”

  • Step #2 // Invite them to a presentation.

    • One-on-one meeting—out to lunch, coffee, etc.

    • An education class on a specific date.

    • “Are you open to learning more about essential oils and natural ways to care for yourself and your family? STOP and LISTEN.

  • Step #3 // Remind them to come.

    • Most people don’t know what they are doing until the day of.

    • Text 48 hours in advance.—Remind them about your class. Make the reminder personal to them.

    • On the day of your event, text them 2-4 hours ahead of time. Send them the location and tell them you are looking forward to seeing them.
