I was texting with a friend today who asked if there were any essential oils or oil blends that she could use along with her medication to help with the episodes of feeling depressed.

Let's try a little experiment.
I want you to put 2 drops of Wild Orange essential oil on your hands and 1 drop of Peppermint. Rub your hands together. Cup your hands over your nose. Now inhale deeply.
Try, just try, to think of something negative or something that bothers you. I promise you, it's MUCH MUCH harder. I mean, who can feel badly when they are smelling citrus???!!! ;)
